Once the specifications and quotation have been approved, our structural draftsmen bring in their expertise. They know how to translate the design into lightweight yet robust constructions. In the case of a garden center, virtually all architectural disciplines are involved in the process. Using the 3D software Advance Steel, our draftsmen can model every component with millimeter precision, ready for production and assembly.
From digital model to product
Based on our in-house 3D production drawings, the steel structure is manufactured in separate components by our suppliers. These parts are then delivered to the construction site, where our assembly team puts everything together. The roof and façade are then finished with transparent panels — in glass, polycarbonate, or sandwich panels, depending on your preference.
