The concept of Stadsjochies is to taste and feel what truly fresh, local food does to you. Vegetables and herbs from their own greenhouse and garden are used in their own kitchen to create outstanding dishes.

New Way Projects did the engineering for the restaurant and part of the greenhouse. The rest was completed with reused materials to make everything as sustainable as possible.
