We were pleased to engineer and supply this project for our valued partner Vermeulen.

It is a wide-span greenhouse structure with a clear span of 6.4 metres. The greenhouse has continuous roof vents on both sides of the ridge, which can be opened independently of each other.

For safety, the roof and façades are glazed with ESG toughened safety glass, finished with plastic glazing profiles. A roller screen between the purlins in the roof provides shading.

To give the building extra presence, we designed a separate entrance at the front of the sales area. Aluminium hinged and sliding doors were chosen for the doors.
